Carleigh McFarlane
Senior Manager
Carleigh McFarlane is a Senior Manager and UNGC-PRI Liaison at the UN Global Compact. With experience in public-private partnerships and sustainable finance, Carleigh supports the CFO Coalition with strategy, operations, and high-level stakeholder engagement. She has previously worked with Ethic, the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Walt Disney Company. Carleigh also co-founded an impact-driven company focused on improving balance and reducing falls among older adults. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern.
Yuchan Wang
Senior Manager
With experience in sustainable finance, data analytics, and impact investing, Yuchan focuses on developing data-driven insights and practical solutions to mobilize private capital toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work spans SDG-aligned investment benchmarking, blended finance, sustainable finance reporting, and corporate engagement. She has previously worked with BlackRock, 17 Asset Management, and UN-Habitat. Yuchan holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing holder.
