We have established Power Purchase Agreements and Independent Power Product partnerships with different companies to develop renewable energy for the sites, thereby enabling a move away from fossil-based fuel and grid power. In the current year we have 8 sites on the mini grid that were previously on diesel power generators. This has led to reduction of 600 litres of fuel monthly per site which translates to reduction of 154 tons of carbon emissions per year for the 8 sites.
